2010

APRIL Friday 23rd 7.30pm Kidderminster Library
The 17th Annual General Meeting followed by speaker Charles Talbot on the progress towards the Carpet Museum.

MAY Wednesday 26th at 2.00pm - Hartlebury Castle
A visit to the castle with a guided tour. Numbers are limited. Names of those interested should be given to Nick Hughes. Price is £5.00.

JUNE Tuesday 22nd at 6.30pm - Habberley Valley
A guided walk with Paul allen of Wyre Forest Rangers. Meet at car park, Habberley Valley.

JULY Saturday 3rd at 1100am - St John's Churchyard
A guided walk through the Bewdley Road churchyard with Scott Pettitt, author of 'Kidderminster's Nonconformist Cemetery'. Meet at entrance.

SEPTEMBER HERITAGE WEEKEND
Friday 10th - Sunday 12th Kidderminster Heritage Day
Venues and programme will be advertised locally nearer the date.

SEPTEMBER Tuesday 14th 7.30pm Kidderminster Town Hall
‘The Kidderminster and District Electric Tramway', a talk by Melvyn Thompson with an exhibition of photographs and documents at the Corn Exchange.

OCTOBER Monday 11th 7.30pm Kidderminster Library
‘The Role of the Chief Executive of Wyre Forest District Council', a talk by Ian Miller.

NOVEMBER Monday 15th 7.30pm Kidderminster Library
‘Harveys Kidderminster Cream', a talk by Nigel Gilbert on the history of the Kidderminster branch of the famous wine merchants. His new book on the subject should be available at the meeting.

DECEMBER Monday 6th or 13th 7.30pm Christmas Social
Date and venue to be confirmed. Seasonal refreshments. £5 per person.

2011

JANUARY Hagley Hall
A visit to the home of Viscount Cobham, High Steward of Kidderminster. Date, time and cost to be confirmed.

FEBRUARY Monday 28th 7.30pm - Kidderminster Library
‘The County Air Ambulance Service' - a talk.

MARCH Saturday 26th at 11.00 am Park Street
Guided walk by Nigel Gilbert through an area developed by land clubs - from Park Street to Sutton Common. Meeting place to be confirmed.
